Rhys Reynolds
Since leaving Primary School at Glasshouse Mountains in 2003 - Rhys
graduated from Beerwah State High School as School Captain and Prefect. He then
went on to study a Bachelor of Public Relations at the University of the
Sunshine Coast. During his studies there he became President of a World Wide
organisation called SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise). SIFE runs programs in
Manilla and other countries and continues to work closely with the Red Cross
foundation to increase blood donations among the youth in communities.
During
his final year of studies Rhys commenced work with the Deputy Speaker of
Federal Parliament and continued his position there for a period of time. In
2012 Rhys decided to tip his hat into the ring of Local Government and
commenced a long campaign to secure himself as Councillor for Division 1. Sadly
he was not successful but said this will not stop him running for a level of
Government in the future.
Rhys has since worked in Corporate Communications for
Telstra and contracted out his services in Public Relations to private
organisations. Rhys now is a successful Real Estate agent in Brisbane
specialising in the CBD and Inner North.
In 2017 Rhys moved to England and currently works in Marketing and Promotions.
