Application for Enrolment, Enrolment Agreement, Proof of Identity and Proof of Residency information can be found in this section. Please bring all these documents when you come for your interview.
Please ensure that these documents are completed as fully as possible when you enrol your child.
Proof of Identity documents are required for the child and the parent enrolling the child (see Proof of Identity section). Don't forget special health problems and custody details if they apply. These details are confidential.
Immediately there are any changes in address, phone numbers of family circumstances, please notify the school.
It is also essential that other contacts be included as these will assist us to contact you in the event of an accident.
